Easy to get and works like a charm

The process to order and pick up the device was very easy. Device worked well and returning it was no problem.

I purchased the option literally right before I boarded the departure plane in California, and when I arrived in Japan, the internet box was ready for me. Easy to pick up and drop off, it worked everywhere I went, I was always connected. Will never travel to Japan any other way ever!

The wifi hot spot worked great. Great battery life too.

Package delivered to my hotel early which was great since we arrived early. Great service. For long day trips you should bring a larger battery pack to have continuous service.

Convenient pick up at Kansai airport. Easy to set up too - just a couple minutes. Nice that it came with a charger for the pocket wifi too.

Everything went smoothly. Picking up the pocket wifi at the airport was no problem. The pocket wi-fi worked fine and returning it at a mail drop off made it easy.

Our experience was as advertised. We didn't encounter any problems with our pocket wi-fi throughout our Tokyo visit. Will definitely use them again next time.
