We used pocket wifi on our recent trip to Japan. So glad we chose this option. Easy pick up at airport. Simple to set up. Had 2 devices connected during trip and had no connection issues. We went to regional areas as well as cities. Drop was a replied paid envelope in mail box at airport. Perfect. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Japan to use Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi.

Booking and retrieving was easy at KIW airport.
Then I used that device for 2 weeks.
