Our wireless hotspot worked perfectly with almost no lag and constant connectivity

This plan was excellent for texting, although the service was not very reliable in all areas. I would recommend this plan for anyone that just needs a form of communication with their travel group. Not as the lead communication and navigation person. Hope this was helpful!

Never failed me. Additional power bank last nearly morning to night without needing to be charged.

It was fast and reliable

This is the second tome we have used this service. zit is easy delivered straight to your hotel inadvance and pop it in the mail box at the airport asxyou leave. We had excellent coverage everywhete we went even when we went rural.
Thank you, we highly recommend

We booked a pocket wifi for two weeks. It was easy to book online, easy to pick up at the airport, easy to use, and even easier to return via provided return envelope to any domestic mailbox. The costs are low too. I highly recommend their services.

We would have been lost (literally) without the Japan Wireless portable WiFi devices we rented. They were amazing and coverage was excellent. Thoroughly recommended

Excellent service that worked better than the wifi I have at home in Oz!

Great service! It was convenient to have the device sent to my hotel and also drop off through postal service with envelope enclosed made it perfect

This is the third year I use the pocket wifi and I 've no complain to do. I'm satisfied by the useful.
