Great product overall for my 2 week trip to Japan. The wireless connectivity was flawless and it being a modem meant all my family could connect. I am glad I found this company to be connected and I will order again on my next trip.

Decided on pocket WiFi instead of eSIM for our nearly 3 week stay in Japan. It worked wonderfully for us across Tokyo, Nagoya, Nara, Kyoto and Osaka. It never died on us, we only had 2 devices running off of it tho. I think we only needed to use the portable charger a few times. We made sure to charge it every night and had no issues. Would definitely use again.

SIM available at the hotel, quickly connected, good reception everywhere, correct price.

Very convenient to use, reliable internet speed, and easy to carry around during our trip. Will definitely use Japan Wireless again for future trip.

It works very good also outside Tokyo and Kyoto. Everyone has access to Wifi hole day without charging.

This is the best option if you need to be connected while your holidays in Japan.

The pocket wifi worked great in almost every place we went in Japan! Returning the wifi was super easy. If i had one complaint and its minor i had a little trouble finding the pick up place but that may have been more my fault than japan wireless (and my unfamiliarity with the Osaka airport.

Great battery life!!

Easy to install, works very well for our tourist needs.

Good signal and doesn't slow down even longer use
