It worked perfectly wherever I traveled in Japan. Thank you!

I have been renting from the company for many years and the connection got much better however it is still 4G.....this is the only negativity since it is much slower than nowadays 5G connection. Otherwise it works perfectly and it is always great to keep my devices safe not to use free wi-fi.

We loved having the Preimium WiFi during our recent trip to Japan. No issues with it working or access to it while we were out and about. Truly a lifesaver!

This mobile WiFi made our trip to Japan a complete breeze and really made our trip more pleasurable than it already was. I was able to share it with my family allowing everyone to have internet during our stay and when out and about in Tokyo.

Great device. It kept me connected throughout my stay in Tokyo and Kyoto. Device was delivered to my hotel and I was able to return it through them with the pre-paid envelope provided. It was super convenient.

The organization worked very well

I was very happy to have the portable with me. I had no problems in transporting , nor in recharging. Perhaps if it were a little lighter in weight it would be good.

Connecting was easy and we were able to to have 4 devices connected at the same time without issue . Battery life could be improved as by lunch time we we were having to hook it up to the battery pack provided, which unfortunately only gave a 60% charge ( so I’d advise to take your own battery pack)

Are use this service every time I come to Japan. No problems or issues ever. 👍🏻
