Convenient, cost-effective wireless for travels in Japan.

2nd time using Japan Wireless when I visited Japan which included Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto. Never had any issues connecting. Being a foreigner, this is a must if you want to be able to navigate around the country. Love the ease of pickup, setup, and return. No issues at all and pricing is decent. Will use them again the next time I back there.

Everything was just simple and smooth. Ordered online, had it delivered to hotel which was there waiting before I checked in, and return was so simple. I had absolutely no problems with the wireless while me stay in Japan.

Wifi device worked perfectly over our 10 day trip in Japan! Japan-wireless had the wifi device mailed to our hotel and it was waiting for us when we checked in. They also provided us mailing materials to return it. Highly recommend!

Having a pocket WiFi provided connection practically every where I travelled in Japan. I never had any trouble connecting unless the battery and charger ran out. My only complaint was that charging too longer than expected but once I figured how to manage it, it worked fine. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling in Japan.
