The wifi made our trip so easily accessible when booking tourist attractions and looking up the public transportation schedules. Also we could also keep in contact with our friends who reside in Japan.

Easy and cheap Highly recommended

Having wifi for our trip was a necessity. We were VERY happy with our rental of the device. It supported 3 of us on our phones and was easy to charge and travel with. Returning was extremely easy and efficient. Highly recommend to anyone traveling in Japan.

Easy to use. Easy to pick up. Great service throughout the one month trip. Would definitely recommend this service.

Worked flawlessly, even in remote areas. Thanks!

Worked as advertised and had no issues at all. Very helpful with navigating for first time visitor

I would order from this company again. I ordered it online and it arrived in my Japan mailbox. Clear instructions for use and return.

The internet connection was pretty smooth all over the cities we visited. Pick up and return process was very easy.

Renting a pocket wifi in Japan was the best decision we made regarding staying connected. The process can be done online, is very easy and once you land you just pick it up at the airport or it can be delivered to your hotel. I do recommend have it delivered to your hotel as we were delayed at the control and we were rushing to catch our bus. The pocket comes with everything you need, even an adaptor to Japan´s sockets which sometimes we used to charge other devices. It´s very easy to use and we always had signal, even in the mountains or the countryside! Returning it was also very easy and comfortable, just putting it in the envelope provided and posting it at the airport. Much better and easier than buying a SIM card or getting a plan with an app that sometimes your phone can´t download. We will use Japan wireless next time we go back for sure!

Excellent quality.
4 and not 5 stars just because Product uses battery very fast.
