I loved this so much, would buy again

I enjoyed my service with Japan wireless. They sent me the pocket wifi fast and it was very reliable.

The process from pre-order to pickup to return was efficient and uneventful. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. Overall, the only complaint would be that the hotspot model provided would get hot with continued use and occasionally not have the greatest connection.

Good signal everywhere and convenient to use. Comes with everything one would need like additional battery pack and even a pouch/envelope to place the device for returning

Pickup and drop off is super easy. Had great wifi for our entire stay, no problems whatsoever.

Japan wireless made the rental process so easy. We initially planned on picking it up once we arrived. We changed our flight and wasn’t sure if they’d still be open. I called them the day before and they shipped it to our hotel instead! When we arrived to our hotel, the package with our WiFi was in our room already! The WiFi was so reliable and they provided a battery pack so we never went without a WiFi connection!

Pick-up and drop off was incredibly easy. The device worked for our whole party during the duration of our trip. Will certainly use Japan Wireless on my next trip.

It was an excellent service and quiet reliable, I have no bad comments for it as it has helped me and my friends to have WiFi in Japan. Thank you for the service and hoped to use the service again in the future :)

Japan Wireless provides a terrific option for your pocket WiFi travel needs. The device worked great providing several full days of internet connectivity in Tokyo, Kagoshima, Akita, Aomori and Yokohama. The cellular and wifi signals were excellent in all of these cities. We did not have to worry about data usage limitations. The device was waiting for us at the front desk of our hotel when we checked in. Overall, this was an excellent decision to use their devices and service.
