Renting with them was simple and easy. From the picking up, to the dropping off. Easy to use and set up. They have everything ready for you. We picked it up between connecting flights.

I ordered this the day before we got to Tokyo to be delivered to our hotel. And it was there waiting for us charged and ready to go. We traveled all over Japan and this thing worked all the time. Would definitely recommend because then you don’t have to rely on connecting to 600 Wi-Fi and getting a VPN. You do use a lot more data than you think so getting an international plan on your phone won’t always cover all the data you need.

An essential tool for travelling in Japan.

The pocket WiFi works great, the power last a long time and you also have a backup battery just in case ! I have use Japan wireless for all my trips to Japan! Have not had any problems!

Really simple to use there was five of us travelling throughout Japan for 10 days. we where all linked onto it worked flawlessly. Picked up from the airport it was fully charged as we needed it all day. last night in Tokyo popped into a postbox can be easier.(travel to Japan on a regular basis is cheaper and easier than each of us getting eSIM.)

The wireless hot spot was the best thing I could have purchased for my wifi needs while I was on my visit to Japan. The transaction was seamless and the wifi signal was strong enough to meet my internet needs.

The pocketwifi battery lasted 20 hours of use each day, which is great. I also had no problem accessing the internet while inside buildings. The connector connecting the pocketwifi to the charger did not function well, and there seems to be a problem with the contact at the port. Otherwise no issues.

Easy to pick up and drop off. Post office at the airport made this convenient.
