This was a great service and went without a hitch ❤️💋

Super convenient, easy to use and a must have for anyone traveling in Japan

Easy, convenient, good choice for my recent trip to Japan.

This was one of the best things we pre-booked prior to our trip to Japan and we would have been (literally) lost without it! It was waiting for us on our arrival at our first hotel and worked really well for multiple devices throughout our trip. Pocket-sized and kept its charge well. Very easy to return at the airport on the way home too.

Good service throughout stay in Japan

Excellent service ,so easy to book online and pick up at international Airport.
The battery of the device was last all day and also come with a power bank as well.
I traveled in Osaka and Kyoto for two weeks with out any problems.

Very uncomplicated. Was delivered quickly to the hotel. WiFi worked perfectly. Thanks

The easiest and most effective travel companion!

Japan Communication from start to finish was excellent and being able to have internet service all the time was great. Highly recommended.

Had no issues, we always use Japan Wireless when traveling to Japan.
