I have used other hot spot services and this was by far the most convenient, reliable data connection, and good value for the money to stay connected online while visiting Japan. Highly recommend to anyone else visiting as a must for your trip.

Simple efficace fonctionnel
My phone does not support e-sim and I dont like the hassle of inserting physical sim to the phone so I opt to rent a pocket wifi. This one is convenient and easy to use. It comes with power bank so even if the device power goes low, you can easily charge it on the go.

Service was excellent! They dropped off the Wi-Fi at my hotel since I was arriving late in the evening. The Wi-Fi was small and it fit in my small mini backpack. It was great to have a secure wifi everywhere we travelled in Japan. The price for the whole week was very cheap and reasonable to me. I would recommend this company to others. Sending it back was easy. They provided the self addressed stamped envelope and all we had to do was drop it in a mailbox.
