Japan Wireless is a very good device when you are travelling to Japan coz it is very easy to use and handy. When you rent it, they will deliver at your hotel and when you return it anywhere in Japan airport as long as there is post box you can return it easily. I will rent it again and surely it is recommendable to others.
I always use this service and highly recommend it.

From ordering to return, the process is effortless. I always have it delivered to the hotel and have not had any problems. The equipment is always in excellenent shape.
Our family first time visiting for 10 days and Japan-wireless offers the most reasonable price for eSIM 10G/15 days for $13.00. This had allowed us to use for Google Map, transits, GoTaxi, FB, text and call via FB Messengers, check emails in the go. If we ever visited Japan in the future, we'll definitely use Japan-wireless again. Setup is super easy. Buy in advance in home country, they emailed QR code. Once arriving in Japan at the airport NRT, then scan the QR code to activate the eSIM and we all set to go. A lot cheaper than the price of going thru our phone carrier Verizon.
The equipment is in good condition and works well. We will rent from you next time when we are in Japan again in August this year
Ordering online for the "Premium WiFi" with battery charger went well, but there was a small issue of finding the package in my name during pickup at Narita airport. The service rep needed to refer to the next level up personnel to find it. Make sure you bring your paperwork with you as proof. Otherwise, the "Premium Wifi" was fantastic and was so helpful, and the return was super easy with using the return envelope provided and putting it into one of the postal boxes at Narita Airport before going through security. Will do this again next time! Loved it!
