aprreciate when I arrive at my hotel my Japan wireless package is waiting for me. Easy set up instruction highly recommend Japan Wireless

Everything was perfect. The device batery lasted for around 8 hours and we were two people constantly checking our phones. No issues at all, I would use this service again when in Japan.

Ordered Japan Wireless for both trips to Tokyo. The first one last 2023 and this May 2024.

Service, price and delivery very good. Reception was mostly good but many times I had no wi-fi so I had to keep changing provider on the device (easy to do but annoying). This happened even in Tokyo. Battery life is amazing, never even used the additional external power bank provided.

I booked my Pocket WiFi rental online a few weeks before my trip and the process was great! The email communications about my reservation had all the instructions needed to pick up the Wi-Fi and the signal was very stable anywhere we traveled. The pickup package even had a return envelope which made it super easy to return. I will definitely rent from Japan Wireless in the future.
