We used the wireless WIFI throughout our trip in Japan with no problems. I particularly liked the portable charger it came with as well.

I 100 % recommend this product. We had it delivered to our hotel and it was there on arrival. Wifi realiable through-out stay. Easy return via post box in airport.

Traveling to Japan with my family I was so worried of not having good cell service. I found Japan Wireless online and their service was fantastic! The device was waiting for us at our hotel. I never had to worry about losing the ability to use all my apps on my android. Google maps, Google Translate worked flawlessly.
For just a few dollars a day. It was so worth it.
