Ordered two portable wifi units for our trip. Very efficient delivery of the units to the hotel. Both units allowed us to search websites, tabelog restaurants, google map, and make wifi calls with no problems. Having two units allowed our group to split up with no problems.
Worked as intended.....
It's very useful for a family. We're in Japan for 2 weeks. It help us to navigate all the places from busy Tokyo to rural areas around Kyoto and Niko areas.
Will use it again in next Japanese trip.
Great WiFi for my family’s first Japan trip. No issues and had consistent wifi throughout our entire trip. Great solution for people that do not have an unlocked phone. Make sure you bring the portable charger if you are gonna be exploring for more than 12hrs just in case

The internet connection has always been fast and reliable, with strong signal coverage in all the areas I visited. The battery life is excellent and lasts throughout the day without any issues.
Pickup is very convenient. Upon arrival at the airport, I simply collect the device from the designated counter following the provided instructions. Returning the device is just as easy — I only need to place it in the provided envelope and drop it into a post box.
