I really loved the service. It was always on, the battery lasted the whole day and I think I used the power brick once in 15 days. Sometimes, the speed was not ideal or very slow but 75% of the time it was great. The good thing was that as I was with my wife, we shred it to use our PCs at the same time when we needed to work. I do recommend it.

I always use Japan Wireless as my mobile wifi provider whenever I am in Japan because of its reliability , convenience and good customer service. The speed of their wifi connection is always fast wherever I go.

Everything worked out very well. The connection was good, there was two of us using the product at the same time every now and then and there was no problem. It was also very easy to get and to return the device at the airport. Totally recommended!
