Japan Wireless really made our trip incredible! We had wifi conection even in the most remote places we went, so we could really navigate Japan without any difficulty. We even made videocalls without any problems. Highly recomend!

So simple to order and use. Had my pocket WiFi delivered to my hotel. Service was great. It even came with a return envelope to drop it in the mail box at the airport!

We get the card at the airport to start having access to Internet from the begining. It also allows to share the conection to other devices via WIFI, so it was perfect for us. Good speed and value for money.

I recently traveled to Japan with a group of six adults from September 30 to October 6, and we used Japan Wireless for our WiFi needs. We picked up our device at the Global WiFi counter at Fukuoka Airport, which was a smooth process.

This was my second time using Japan Wireless, and I’m thrilled to say that the experience was just as great as the first. The WiFi connection was fast and reliable, allowing us to stay connected throughout our entire trip. It was particularly helpful for navigating and sharing our experiences in real-time.

One feature I really appreciated was the included power bank, which kept our devices charged while we were out exploring. After a week of use, we simply dropped the WiFi device in the mailbox before entering the departure airport, making the return process hassle-free.

Overall, I highly recommend Japan Wireless for anyone traveling in a group. It enhanced our trip significantly, and I’ll definitely be using it again on my next visit!

I rented the Japan Wireless pocket wifi X 2 weeks. It was delivered to my hotel and was waiting at the registration desk when I arrived (I arrived too early in the morning to pick up from Haneda). The set up was incredibly easy and I used it without any problems during the two weeks. Although they supplied me with a small power brick (I had another one myself), as long as I plugged in every night, I never had to worry about power; it could make it through 1.5 days without recharge (by my experience). Upon leaving, I placed everything in the enveloped, walked to the post office, and dropped off without any difficulty.
Very convvenient, efficient, and worked very well.

During my journey in Japan I always could rely on this service for wifi. I had it on me for the whole day and I only had to charge it in the night. I was never without wifi. Picking it up at Narita Airport was easy but sending it back was quite sketchy. I'd rather had just dropped it off somewhere.
