Renting a portable WiFi from Japan Wireless on our recent trip to Japan was the best thing we did!

A fantastic addition to my trip

Japan Wireless team was very helpful and patient. It was easy to pick up and dropped off the package at the Narita airport. The Premium Wi-Fi was awesome, fast and internet was always available wherever we visited. The only concern I have is the pocket wifi gets hot fast.

Works most of the time, is quick and only issue we had was some random connection loss. Otherwise worked in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, and Miyajima and in between on shinkansen. Sometimes had issues in subway tunnels but that's to be expected. Definitely worth the price.

Everytime I travel to Japan I always make sure to get Japan wireless as my pocket wifi provider. Until my next trip in Japan.

We loved how easy it was to use Japan Wireless to stay connected at all times during our trip to Japan. There were 4 of us connecting through the unit and we never had a single problem. We used it on trains, in our airbnb units and while out exploring in Kyoto and Tokyo. I highly recommend this company.

I left it on all day when I went out and it would always still have about 30% after having left it on for so long! It never died on me and it had great connection.

Absolutely brilliant device while travelling Japan. At the start of our day in Japan we would connect the wifipocket to the supplied external battery. At night both were charged on the usb-hub we brought with us. We had 24/7 wifi coverage that way.
Internet often surpassed internet speed of the hotels we stayed at. Absolutely brilliant. A bery satisfied customer.
