This is my third time using Japan Wireless. It's amazing and so helpful when travelling as a family. It has never let us down no matter how much we walk around. Will use again when we return

Simplify your travel by using them. Wifi was waiting for us at airport and we dropped off the package at the airport. Easy

The process of pick-up, setup and drop-off were extremely easy and straight forward. There were absolutely no issues with WiFi service anywhere across the cities we visited (Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima). The WiFi device was compact enough to fit in a purse and was perfect for our two week trip.

Highly recommend doing this while in Japan. I only had issues one time when i was very rural otherwise the wifi was great and the device is light. they provide an external battery and cords (though I had my own external battery) to charge. Would get this every time.

Easy pickup and drop off at airport. Portable wifi is very small so can fit in your pocket. Since I was out for over 10 hours each day when visiting japan I did carry it in a backpack because it came with a portable charger which had a good amount of charge. Sometimes if my wifi didn't need it I would use the portable wifi for my phone. Wifi worked great-hi speed everywhere.

Japan wireless was an excellent service. At the hotel when I arrived it came complete with a power pack, charger, and self addressed return envelope. Easy to use and very easy to return.
