La livraison s'est bien passée. Le boîtier était à l'hôtel comme prévu. J'ai pu raccorder les deux mobiles au Wifi simplement. J'ai remis le tout dans l'enveloppe et déposée celle-ci dans la boîte aux lettres à l'aéroport le dimanche. Le lundi j'ai reçu un mail me confirmant le retour du boîtier.

I travel to Japan once or twice a year and always use Japan-Wireless. Exceptional service and customer support every time. I will continue to utilize their services and recommend them to others.

Picking up the pocket wifi was easy and fast (though we had to search for the desk for a bit). Battery life was all day, never had the problem that it was empty when we still needed it. It's small and convenient to carry around. And drop-off in the envelope is easy.

Excellent service - signing up, delivery to hotel and mail in return at Haneda airport east and clear. Pocket WiFi was great, especially while in remoter areas outside of cities. Saved a ton of money on international plans from AT&T as we were away for over three weeks, had two cell phones and straddled two billing periods. My only complaint was that the pocket WiFi would frequently needed to be powered up and the battery life ran down by mid afternoon. Critical to have a portable charger with you as well. Added to the cords and stuff that you needed to carry with you. Would definitely recommend signing up for one when traveling in Japan for an extended trip.
