For anyone traveling through Japan whether it be first time or not I highly suggest getting one of these for your entire trip, it's super helpful for getting anywhere or knowing what is in your food if you have allergies etc.
Absolutely fantastic product!

Excellent and Dependable WiFi service. I was very pleased to have the device delivered to my hotel when I arrived in Japan and didn’t have a problem sending it back directly from the airport terminal. If you decide to use the WiFi up until the final minutes before you check in. Then please find out where the “red” postal drop off box is located at your departure terminal. They will not let you go through security.

Just pick it up at the airport and connect. You have a stable and fast internet connection where ever you go in Japan. When flying home just put it in the mailbox in the enclosed envelope. One of the best services I ever used!

Everything was easy! I booked online for a fair rate. Picked up the unit at the airport. The WiFi unit worked great throughout my trip and was easy to return at the end. I would highly recommend Japan Wireless.

Very easy return by just placing everything in the return envelope supplied and dropping it off at the same Narita or Haneda airport post office, which allowed me to use it all the way to the airport. Japan Wireless ie very reliable, they always deliver on time. We encountered a problem with the unit we rented, we emailed them about this issue and they replaced the unit the very next day next day. Very efficient.
