Working brilliantly. Access to internet at the top of the mountain and in the deepest tube tunel. Nice.

It was so clear and good connection even in country side where I visit my relatives.
Last router I rented did not work there so I had doubt this may not work. But was really surprised that I had connection everywhere I went. I sure will choose this wireless router from now on.

It was a good service, no problems, I'm very happy. 500 Mb is enough if you don't send many pictures or music.

The WiFi was delivered to our hotel and we dropped it in a Post Office Box at the Airport in an addressed envelope given to us by JW before our departure. Brilliant
We also covered many parts of the country and had great coverage throughout Japan.

Picking it up at the post office in Narita Airport took 30 seconds. Using the device was a breeze, it was just like logging onto any wifi network. An extra battery pack is included, but in my two and a half weeks in Japan the battery never went below 25%, and I had it turned on from early morning to late at night. I never experienced any connection issues. If I ever come back to Japan there is no doubt that I would gladly use Japan Wireless again.
