This was great for my trip, the only downside is that it was not in english. Eitherwise it was a brilliant rental. FYI it does get really hot the positive was getting a power bank with it because the battery did die after ~8 hours.

I am happy with this portable wi-fi unit. Speed is fast and reliable. Had it delivered to my hotel and when I was done, just dropped off in post box to return.. The only thing I wish it can last for 10 hours. When we were out whole day exploring, it’s a little troublesome to charge the unit after 7 or 8 hours.

Excellent wifi, served me well on my trip to Japan. Traveled from tokyo to kyoto to osaka, worked well 95% of the time through out the winding streets of japan. life saver when navigating a foreign country

The product works very well and is easy to hook up. I would like a longer lasting battery and a lighter, more compact battery. It gets heavy carrying both items in your purse.

The Japan Wireless WiFi that we used during our three week visit to Japan was extremely useful. It worked flawlessly and kept us connected throughout the trip. The battery lasted about 8 hours but they do give you a back up battery which kept us going while we were out and about. I recharged the device daily while I was sleeping and it was ready to go every morning. We picked the device up at Haneda Airport and it only took a few minutes. It was very easy to set-up. We dropped the preaddressed mailing envelope in a post box at Kansai Aiport when we were leaving. Overall a very good experience.

It helped me a lot whenever I went in Japan. Just the price. I wish the cost can get lower next time.

The wifi itself was very strong and the battery on the unit lasted all day with multiple devices using it. They included a (charged) USB battery charger (one you don't need to plug into wall) along with a wall charger. I ended up extending the days I would be renting and the process was very easy. Customer service was great. Would recommend.

Everything was made very easy, no hassle at all. Pick up was simple all you had to do was show the post office your passport and order number. For drop-off all you have to do is place all the contents of the pocket wifi in the shipping bag provided. Will definitely use this service again!
