Japan Wireless provides a very easy, intuitive device that is completely reliable all over Japan. Good battery life, but Japan Wireless provides an external battery and charger. Very easy pickup at the airport via postal service with a packaging waiting to pick up. Highly recommend device during your trip to Japan.

We always had signal and with the powerbank we had internet all day. My only complaint would be that when we collected it the device was only 25% charged, otherwise all good!

The team at Japan wireless is thorough and incredibly helpful. I couldn’t find a mailbox at the airport I flew out of so couldn’t send it back as agreed. When contacting the service team, they were understanding and walk me through every step via email. The WiFi device of course worked everywhere and I heavily relied on it throughout the trip.

We had 4 cell phones connected to this and it ran perfectly. We were able use Google Map and Google Translate and that helped make our trip run so much smoother. I don’t think I would’ve attempted the itinerary we did had we not had WiFi.

First Time to visit Japan, not familiar with anything at all. I found very good reviews about your service so I ordered it. After I landed at Narita Airport I quickly found my way to the Airport Post office where I picked the package. Everything was in order, I truly appreciated the power bank battery included and it became real handy. The internet speed was one of the best I have ever found, even faster than some wired connections. I will recommend your services and it was very easy to return it back to you. After a lot of research, I decided to rent a pocket Wi-FI with Japan wireless. I could have not been more satisfied. I placed the order online a week before my trip. When we arrive at our hotel it was waiting for me at reception. It came in a package with clear instructions to set it up (which was very easy) and a pre paid envelope to return it. We connected four devices and the internet was fast and reliable even while using the train and subway. We have perfect coverage in the 12 cities we visited in Japan. The pocket WI-FI was small to carry it and came with a an additional power bank free of charge. I will definitely rent from Japan Wireless again

Fue muy cómodo de usar, fácil de entender, la conexión es perfecta y la batería dura bastante (en cuanto lo cargas, todo el día). Además de cómodo para devolverlo en el propio aeropuerto, hasta el último día estuvimos conectados!!
