Perfect wireless service in Japan!
We pre ordered in Canada and from the easy pickup at Narita airport to the drop off , everything was excellent and a lifesafer to travel in Japan. If you use it all a day like we did (walked around 15km per day) at one point the battery will run low and the extra battery was not really charging much. But we managed. The only thing I would improve is a better extra battery to charge . Safe travels!

Thank you Japan wireless for your efficient service! Easy to connect and return at the airport departure. My 2 teenage kids and myself had access to internet anywhere in Japan throughout our stay.

The sim card arrived on time to our hotel, was easy to set up and covered all areas of Tokyo. Definitely will purchase again.

The connection worked perfectly every day and the duration of the battery was always ok.
There was also a power bank, just in case. Great service!

Easy to use and very helpful.
Internet always on, and fast, in every part of the Japan we visited. Battery pack was very good: I left the wi.fi always on during the day (08 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.) with no need to recharge the device. In one word: GREAT !!
