Premium service, premium product. Flawless.

Extremely easy to use during our holiday, we picked it up at the airport and left it there at the mail office before taking our flight.

Very good reception in all areas.

Excellent customer service

Great service from company arrived early and easy to set up. Also very easy to return. Only issue was slightly patchy coverage but this might be Japan in general rather than issue with this device.
Would definitely recommend from an ease point of view

The pocket WiFi we used in japan worked very well and we used it to get around. The unlimited WiFi was great for its price. The only downside was the charger that came with it didn’t work, but we brought plenty of portable chargers to keep it going. Would recommend!

The pick up service at Narita Airport was very easy from the Post Office, easy to find once you arrive.

The internet service was extremely useful to have whilst travelling in Japan, no issues at all with connection considered we travelled to Hokkaido from Tokyo as well as to Nagoya.

The drop off was just as easy at the Narita airport.

In my view after 4 trips to Japan in the recent 5 years, you would definitely need high speed internet whilst travelling, it makes your life a lot more easier. I would highly recommend Japan Wireless to anyone looking at renting pocket wifi in Japan.

We used it for all our internet connections during 17 days trip and never had an issue. Easy, fast, long lasting and reliable.

Simple process to book and pay for the SIM card. Was delivered to my hotel as promised. Apart from putting the SIM card in the phone, no further set up requires. Worked perfectly all around Japan.
