Exellent product, easy to use and worked always

We used it for 3 phones and had no problems, it was on for 11 days straight. We some days didn't even need the extra battery.

Excellent product, easy to use, easy to collect and deliver. It worked correctly in the various cities where i went to Japan.

It was a great experience that this device always work... Never have any problem in conectivity and I satyed in Nagoya, Toyohashi and Tokyo.

I booked to pick up the SIM from Sapporo Airport at the Post Office. Instructions were in English on how to adjust settings, turned off/ turned on and never had a problem with coverage whether on train , in tunnels or wherever we visited in Japan. Would use again without hesitation

Device was rock-solid, came with a battery that gave me all-day connectivity, and had no issues with multiple devices. Definitely the approach I will take next time I'm in Japan!

We grab a router at the airport. It takes us 10 minutes. The router works well throughout our journey. I can recommend the company to other travelers.
