Didn't have any problems

Very good product. A must have when traveling to Japan. I rented one for my Tokyo visit and it did not disappoint. Very vast and long battery life. Lasted all day. I will be renting one again on my next visit

Very easy to use and return.
I would recommend to anyone.
I will use Japan Wireless the next time I travel to Japan.
Great service.

Our connection was great during our entire trip. The battery life lasted most of the day, and the process from order, to pickup, to return was seamless.

Definitely one of the most simplest and easiest ways to get data while in Japan! The whole process was straight forward and there were a lot of directions and instructions in case we had any questions. I will definitely use this againwhen traveling in Japan!

When traveling in Japan, the easiest way to find anything is with your personal phone with WI-FI. It makes your life so much happier!

The pick up for your wi-fi was at the airport post office which is very easy to find. Thank you.

The service worked flawlessly, the only problem was a conectivity issue during the train trip from Narita Airport to Tokyo.

Excellent service! This was a must during our stay in Japan. It worked perfectly. We had no issues with it at all!

The staff is always in touch. The device does not need to be configured. Very cozy.

Japan has very limited free WiFi services compared to other regions or big cities. This is a must if you want to be online during your stay. Customer service is immediate and receiving and dropping back the unit is very easy.
