We traveled throughout the country for two weeks and never had an issue with the wifi. Pick up and drop off were as easy as advertised. Great experience!

Extremely convenient and efficient. Way better than buying a sim card because one device can be shared with multiple people.

Easy to order in advance (from Sweden) and then pick up at the airport. The wifi works really well and the battery last for a whole day use. I can highly recommend JW!

Travelled Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara and Hakone - great coverage everywhere we went. The device came with a portable battery to ensure you have usage all day/night. Easy collection and drop off at Narita Airport Terminal 2.

Expensive but very useful and perfect working.
Sim are a lot better than wifi because they can be used to call by Voip.

I am very pleased with the wifi through japan-wireless.com. We had a 2 week JR Rail Pass and traveled just about the entire country and never once had any problems. We never went without WiFi! It was so simple to mail back, I put it in the provided envelope and mailed it from the Haneda Terminal before going through airport security. Such ease of use and excellent service.

Pro:
1. Delivered to hotel on time.
2. Easy to use and deliver back.
3. Most important-- strong wifi signal everywhere all the time.
Con:
None.

Second time user, still perfect, no disconnects no lags no questioning what happened to my Wi-Fi, I will be using this again
