Great product work perfectly. If you are going to Japan this WiFi device is a must. It worked great even in the small towns in the mountains.

Having access to wifi at any time needed was a huge convenience for me and for anyone else needing internet to access maps when lost.

Easy pick-up/delivery and return, easy to use (had trouble setting the device from Japanese to English at first), good battery life and back-up power bank was very helpful. Great for sharing wifi amongst multiple travelers.

A must have when travelling in Japan. Very good coverage.

The Pocket WiFi was everything we needed for our trip! It was easy to order, convenient to have shipped and waiting for us at our hotel. It was small and unobtrusive in our day packs and did not fail us once the entire trip. The battery life is very good as well, but for as heavily as used it we were sure to have a fully charged power bank with us. We will definitely use this in the future again!

Not only was this device delivered straight to our hotel, but the return slip was also extremely easy & convenient for dropping off at the airport. Its battery life was long, longer than what was expected (about 11 hrs before we had to recharge). I HIGHLY recommended Japan wireless!
