Customer services were polite and as helpful as they could be, but I would have prefered to have the information I needed in advance - i.e., that some dual SIM phones can't handle the prepaid SIM card alongside your other existing SIM card. It took a long time to solve the problem of why I wasn't getting mobile internet, and I was just sort of stuck in the arrivals lounge of the airport. However, once I got it up and running, it worked flawlessly for everything and was more than enough data for my needs, which included a lot of heavy Google Maps useage.

They delivered the pocket wifi to my hotel prior to my arrival. It was an easy hassle-free experience. The pocket wifi was rated to last 10 hrs but I felt it lasted longer. I did not even need to use the external battery. It was also convenient to return the product by putting it in a mailbox at the airport.

This product was worth purchasing. My T-Mobile Free 2G was too slow for my liking. The product wifi did have some hiccups in areas that was too crowded.

Good fast constant connection. Never had to restart or reboot. Used in Tokyo, Ishigaki & Naha. Highly recommended.

Fast and stable internet. Used it 6 days. Ordered 2 days before arrival at Narita and got it from the post office.

Excellent experience. The router was easy to use and lasted all day. We recieved it fully charged and were connected to the internet within a minute. Coverage was never an issue.
