Great user experience. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Japan.

This is my second rental, previous was 10/2019. It was easy to order on-line. The wifi was waiting at our hotel upon our arrival. The unit worked perfectly from activation, usage for 2 weeks, and prepaid mailing. That is the reason I am renting the same unit for our upcoming 3/2020 trip to Japan.

Value for money for my unlimited wifi access in japan. Would totally lost without this. Definitely book again with japan wireless next time.

I have used Japan Wireless over 6 times over my travels to Japan (including studying there for a semester) and Japan Wireless has always worked great everywhere I went. The customer service is wonderful and they make the whole process of renting and returning very convenient.
