Amazing company, picked up my portable wifi in Ueno on the day I ordered it after another unit i had rented from a competitor didn’t work. The person I picked it up from was also very helpful.

It worked right away and they even issued a partial refund after I had to return to America early because of COVID 19. The next time I visit Japan i will definitely use their services again!

Could pick it up in Shibuya easily. Email staff responds in English well! Fast internet

The pocket wifi worked wonderfully with my devices and I have no complaints about its speed and range. I enjoyed renting Japan Wireless's Premium Wifi. Very much worth the price.

I rented portable WiFi for three weeks. All my interactions with the company were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. I would use this company’s service again if I were in Japan as well as recommend the to others.
