Ordering was easy and delivered to the hotel as scheduled. Used the Wi-Fi for 3 days. I would use their service again.

We found the Premium wifi to fit all of my daughter’s requirements while she was visiting Tokyo and working remotely. Easy to order, arrived quickly and was easy to return at the airport. I highly recommend!

First time to have tried a local SIM in Japan. SIM was easy to collect from airport and only a few minutes to setup in my phone. It has worked very well for the trip, and provided good speeds and coverage nearly everywhere. Hotspot also worked well and allowed me to use my laptop as well.

The pocket WiFi itself worked great. The customer service was great too! It took a long time to get through customs, and by the time we did the post office where we were to pick up the pocket WiFi was already closed. However, they were able to send it to a local post office near the place we were staying so we could pick it up there and not have to trek back to Narita. Thank you!

Great service, great convenience. Their offers for someone who needs a lot of data and spending more than a few days travelling, but not settling down for more than a few months, are reasonable and superior to most other providers. I recommend Japan Wireless without reservation. Domo!

Very reliable. No problem with receiving signal anywhere .

I used it around 23 wards of Tokyo and also at home. While traveling around Tokyo, I carried it inside my backpack and never had any connection problems. I'm delighted with the product and services, and I highly recommend this pocket Wi-Fi to all tourists.
