My wife and I were able to pick up the wifi box pretty quickly and get it up and working relaibly for our 11 day trip. We picked up at HND airport it came with a charger and the hotspot itself. Super fast and reliable internet. We did have to charge it nightly but we never ran out of internet during the day. Drop off was even more simple. We put it in a red mailbox that you cant miss at the departures area. Overall I would recommended doing it to all my friends and family.

I was able to reroute the package to my hotel after a missed flight, for a small fee. The staff were supportive and the process is described well on the FAQ page, however the one small criticism is you don't receive a confirmation email or rough expected date for the new delivery. You are able to email the support mail and check if you are worried.

We always had it with us during our stay in Tokyo. It was easy to use and the battery hold long. The Internet was fast and we didn‘t have any problems with network connection.

Had a great time in Japan with the help of wifi's excellent reception. Thank you Japan Wireless. Will use it again on the next holiday.

We had previously ordered from japan wireless in the past and we have always had a great experience with them!

We often used the hot spot instead of the hotel WiFi and found no dead zones in our travels from Kyoto to Kumamoto :-)

We arrived at Haneda airport and had a very easy process for pickup at the desk.

The pocket wifi came with a pouch that included a charger, cables, and extra battery which was definitely used.

Removing 1 star because Wifi worked most of the time, but there would be instances signal wasn’t strong or drop so I would have to reboot.

Make sure to fully charge both device and extra battery daily. We had this thing on all day until we went to bed. Was very nice to have wifi especially in the subway or using Google maps for directions. Worked in remote areas too!

Return at the airport was easy, just dropped off at the mailbox pickup in the prepackaged envelope it came in.
