Great device, almost always had a good connection, even underground

Great product. Simple to use and full coverage.

It's fast, cheaper than others and coverage is really good too. We were in Tokyo & Hokkaido and it's always online! Battery is pretty good too since it stayed on for an average of 10 hours a day.

Extremely happy with Japan Wireless. Convenient, easy to use, excellent service. Will definitely use them again next time in Japan!

Device was great. Small and light enough to fit in my pocket with more than enough battery life to last a day. No issues with connection or speed, though I was just round metropolitan Kyoto and Tokyo so can't say what it's like outside of there. Certainly recommended for those areas.

Took the premium plan for ten days . The device was shipped and was waiting at the hotel on time . Easy instructions - seamless connection everywhere . Spare battery pack and charger was included .
Made it very convenient to travel, work and hold meetings in Japan . Easy drop
Off at Narita airport .

This is my first time using Japan Wireless 30days SIM. Data only SIM but I was able to use mobile hotspot to connect my other devices and use WhatsApp to SMS and even voice calls. The SIM card with instruction was delivered to the hotel and it was easy to activate. I will certainly use Japan Wireless SIM again on my next trip! Truly two thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻

It was very easy use. Excellent delivery services and simple retune.

Was a big part of wonderful adventure in Japan

Purchased this to share between family of 4 as roaming packages from home don’t give much data and we constantly using google and maps. Lasted all day mostly or used back up battery. Fast speed. Delivered to hotel for arrival and posted back from airport so couldn’t be easier.
