Everything went smoothly

Very cheap service and helps so much when travelling around japan. From bullet trains to hokkaido and back to kyoto never lost service. Had quick speeds, definitely a must for all travellers.

I have not received the product yet, but the ordering process was very streamlined and simple! Their customer service is also very efficient and helpful. Granted, I live in Japan so the time difference is not an issue, but when I submitted an inquiry, I received a helpful answer within a few hours.

They delivered the wifi to our apartment and then it was so easy to drop it off at the airport. the wifi was so fast- would definitely recommend this!
