great service simple operation

the pocket wifi is reliable and fast. the powerbank is bonus!!!

Everything was spot on

Great service. USB B wire was very filmsy but service was great.

I think the USB port needs to be updated to be USB -C port. This will make it easier to connect.

Easy to use, no problems, a little pricy compared to an eSim but I had to get one for my family who doesn't have an unlocked phone.

Easy pickup at Haneda, service used at Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hakone and on the train to and from those locations. Data speed was good and lasted a full 8 hour day with the external battery pack.

Reliable and dependable, my 3rd time to avail japan-wireless' services.

While traveling through Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, I always had connectivity, and never once had an issue. Highly recommend, especially for the price!
