Great modem and translator.
Used them every day.
No connection problems saved me a lot of time and money.
Will get them again on my next trip

This portable wifi worked really well. My husband and I kept our phones on airplane mode the whole time and just stayed connected to this wifi (unless we were at the hotel); we only needed one unit for the 2 of us. This allowed us to use Google maps and Google translate whereever we were, without having to get a local phone or SIM.

Japan wireless provided a WiFi router for our recent two week trip. A brilliant solution for a group of 4 from the UK. Very easy to order, pick up, use and return. Excellent coverage and strong signal everywhere we went. Highly recommend and much easier than all of us buying local sim cards.

I ordered this less than 24 hours prior to our arrival to be delivered in our hotel. We arrived 9 pm and the pocket wifi was delivered early that day. The wifi signal is strong everywhere, very light and battery lasted all day. I returned in via mail in the airport. Very convenient. Hassle free.

Received the unit at hotel when I check in. It works great for my 2 weeks trip

I had asked for the device to be delivered to my hotel in Osaka and was very happy to find the device available when I checked in. Starting the device & getting all my devices onto it was easy. We travelled to a number of cities in Japan and never had a problem with signal strength or speed.

I will highly recommend this service for anyone visiting Japan.

Great wireless WiFi! Haven't had any issues, charged overnight and the power bank provided lasted all day without any problems and I use to charge my phone and the WiFi at the same time. Signal even in underground and fast trains. Fast and reliable . Very easy to order and I got it shipped to my hotel. I selected the time of delivery to be 12pm but I was there much earlier. Very happy with the whole process as it was very easy to send back. Just put it in envelope they provided and I sent it of at the airport post box. Definitely will use again!

Good communication, easy to collect and return and very good wifi speeds.

Perfect connection for all our trip, including most time in the ocean not far from the coastline.

The pickup and drop off were very easy and convenient.
