Hello! Thank you for the good service. The WIFI is very fast and very convenient. Will surely get the service again when I get back to Japan.

Being able to access the internet and communicate in Japan when you do not speak the language is critical to your safety and enjoyment of the country. Easy to get in airport, easy to use and carry, and easy to return.

They shipped the wifi to our hotel the day before we arrived. It was very easy to use and signal was constant and battery life was long, can last the entire day. Return process was very convenient too. I always use Japan wireless whenever I visit Japan due to their very affordable rates and its it efficiency.

Great plan, unlimited data is the way to go. Very easy to order and return. Only complaint is that the battery did not last 20 hours as advertised, even with minimal usage, it averaged 6-8 hours a day. Luckily a powerbank was also included, but now that adds extra weight and another item that will need to be charged at end of day. Overall great plan, product, service, will order again.

Extremely reliable pocket wi-fi! Premium package fulfilled all of our needs during our trip in Japan. I would highly recommend Japan wireless to anyone looking for this type of solution.
