Worked perfectly!!!!

Using Japan wireless was really helpful and and convenient. Setting up is easy and no hassle. My sister and I shared the usage of the the device and the connection was great. We made sure we charge it everynight including the power bank. We didn't have any issue and returning the device was no problem either. I highly recommend to travelers.

Japan wireless was great! Easy pick up process at Haneda airport and ease of use. We were provided an power bank which we hardly used since the pocket wifi battery lasted us all day. We had good internet the entire 8 days in Tokyo. Highly recommend!

We used Japan Wireless on our recent trip to Japan. Since we don't speak Japanese, using this for google maps and for translation when we needed it was extremely helpful! The unit was waiting for us at our first hotel and came with a return envelope which made that part easy to.

The device was very helpful in Mytrip.it was relatively flawless to connect and very strong signal. I would highly recommend this to all.
