Fantastic service and product! We ordered online and picked up at Haneda Airport. All materials were reviewed and an envelope was provided for ease of return of the unit upon our departure from Japan. Set up and ready to go in 5 min. Worked perfectly. The charging unit was very helpful. Easy return to a post box at Haneda on day of departure. Highly recommend!!

I would highly recommend this E-SIM if you are traveling to Japan. I was mostly in the more populated areas of Japan, so I cannot say how it is in the countryside areas of Japan. However, the connection, reception and speed of the 5G unlimited plan was perfect for me.

We had a small problem and it was resolved quickly and professionally! Device worked well throughout rural and urban locations.

My unit was available at my hotel when I checked in and when it turned out it had a faulty charger cable they took care of the problem within 2 days. Luckily I had another cable i had for personal use that got me by but they told me I could buy a replacement and they would reimburse me. They sent me a completely newer model and I never had any problem with it.

I was so happy with this service I NEVER had on problem in 6 weeks of using this device. Often I even used it in my apartment as the WiFi there was not always strong.
If you are picking it up at the Minato location Its the building on the corner of!! Have fun and use Japan Wireless!!!

Very pleased with the service from Japan-wireless. The wi-fi package was waiting for us at our hotel on arrival and worked faultlessly throughout our holiday. Returning the package was easy.
Would highly recommend Japan-wireless and will definitely use again if we return to Japan.
