The pocket wifi and spare battery was a very old unit. When you see it you might have a second thought of renting it but then it turn out very useful and essential during travel, commuting on train and finding locations for shopping. Hopefully next time again.

The Premium Wifi worked well during our trip. Although there was a time when the device kept shutting down after turning on but eventually the device stabilized and we didn't have anymore problems.
Instructions on how to operate and return the device were easy to understand.
Customer Service is also excellent because they respond right away to my queries.

Note that if you are traveling in WELL off the beaten path, you may have connectivity issues, but that would likely happen with your cell phone as well, so I cannot blame them for that.
