Great product with long battery life. Reception throughout Japan was excellent. I get coverage in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and all the other places.
Pick up at the airport was easy and straight forward. Instructions on operation was easy to understand, even my 10 year was able to get it up and running.
Hardly used the external battery but it was a good idea just in case battery life was deleting.

We rented a Japan Wireless pocket WiFi for our trip and it was one of the best travel decisions we made. The connection was super reliable everywhere we went, and it was a lifesaver since we kept getting lost and relied on Google Maps almost the entire time. It stayed fast, easy to use and never let us down. Definitely worth it if you want a stress-free trip!
