Rented it for two weeks, no issues very reliable. Battery lasts the whole day, didn’t even need to use the backup.

I was really happy with Japan wireless pocket WiFi. I had the device for 22 days and did not have any issues. Came with a portable charger, charger block and necessary charger cables. I will definitely use this WiFi when I return.

It worked as I expected and in remote areas. I contrast it with the esimtaiwan that kept dropping out when I was seeking Google maps directions while I was looking for a bus. By the time it would come back on line the bus had departed and I would have to walk to another bus stop.

I ordered the Premium Wifi online for a one month holiday in Japan and could not have been happier with this product. The communication and instructions were fantastic, we opted to pick up from Natrita Airport (so easy). We had full coverage for our whole trip all over Japan and never had a problem. Our package came with everything we needed and included the return envelope as well. At a cost of approx $6.00 AUD a day we connected 2 iPhones and 1 iPad, would recommend Japan Wifi to everyone.
