Pick up and drop off was simple. Connection was great! And the fact they give you a power bank was a plus. Would 100% recommend!

I wasn’t disappointed with the service. Highly would recommend to travelers

This device was great to have on our tour to southern japan. Loved that it was waiting for me when we arrived at our hotel, & it was easy to return at a Dropbox at Osaka/Kansai airport. Will try them again.

Total lifesaver! Great service, easy return by mail.

It really helped us navigate Japan as we were heavily reliant on google maps. My daughter was also able to be connected to watch her shows while on the long train rides. You definitely need to charge it overnight though as we had some long days of touristy things and it would be low by the days end.

Everything was super easy from picking up, to usage, to returning! No issues what so ever! Going to be using again in the future!

The pocket wifi worked perfectly and the battery last for a long time. But don't worry, you will have a battery back up charger.

Excellent connection, even in the mountains of Koyasan and the islands. Easy to install, great connections!

Could not have been more pleased with this product as well as with the process involved with ordering it, picking it up, using it, and returning it. Best money I have ever spent on a rental of anything in all my years of traveling. 👍🏻👍🏻

Im happy because you have a good internet connection and if something happens you can contact the support.
