I had no issues with the unit and worked so well saving me lots of money on long distance calls.

We rented two units. The process was easy and simple. Everything is included in the kit. The connection was great and we never ran out of data. The only problem was one of the units stopped holding a charge. If that hadn't happened I would have given 5 stars.

The service is really good, sometimes I had no internet, but where just a few times during my 15 days period.

Second time i rent it for our vacation in Kansai and Tokyo. Hassle free deliver very and return. Will order again next time. Thank you. One downside is the e sim o also ordered, it did not work,im sad about the fee beacause i was not able to use it.

Works fine. Good service. If you use an iPhone you will need a USB adapter the is compatible in order to attach the auxiliary battery back.

works very well, battery last quite a lot of time but we always had a power bank on hand for the end of the day! i totally recommend!!

This helped us on our Japan holiday remain connected. Having said, that mobile coverage and wifi was better than we though and we had eSim. But it was great to have as a solid option. One area for improvement maybe was that the battery could last longer.
