I had a very seamless experience with japan wifi.
From start to end.
The charge also lasted most of the day.
I rarely needed to charge it in midday.
Evn with the wifi in my backpack the service was excellent.
Will surely opt for japan wireless again.
We were a group of 4 so really cost effective.

Was an awesome rental. Made it easy to access the phones while traveling around Japan. Delivered to our hotel on day 1 and dropped in mail when we left. Updates from them was very helpful. Would highly recommend!

The wireless wifi worked very well. We had no big problems. There were a couple of times that we had to reboot the unit. We will definitely order the unit on our next Japan trip.

Seamless transaction from start to finish. Made our trip convenient for the whole family. Definitely recommending to friends and family.

Excellent service. Coverage was always good, battery lasted almost always long enough. I strongly recommend Japan Wireless.

We visited several areas and coverage was flawless. 3GB per day worked fine for 2 persons. Used for navigation, apps, and internet queries only.
