Other friends used different brands and they told me the battery wouldn’t last very long at all and they always had to carry a power bank. With this Pocket Wifi we had 2 phones connected non-stop for 12hours per day and we never needed to charge it again! Only overnight. Extremely satisfied!!!

This absolutely saved my trip. I thought the international cell phone plan would be enough, and it wasn't, my data ran out within a few days, and my minutes dried up and I couldn't talk to my gf. I got this, had wifi, and didn't run into a single problem for the rest of my trip. I originally only got it for tokyo, then extended it for my stay in Kyoto. Ordering it, picking it up, extending it, and dropping it off all went extremely smooth.

It comes with a portable battery pack, charger, wall adapter, and a case and postage envelope. All you need to do is pack it up and mail it back once you get ti the airport. I will never go without it again

had ZERO issues with using tokyo-wireless. easy intsructions for pick up and drop off. value for money was good. no reception dead/weak spots during my trip. ill be ordering it again when i visit!

The pocket wifi provided by Japan-Wireless met all of my needs whilst in Japan, and the service provided by them was first class. I will use them again next year when I visit.

For our trip to Japan it was important to have good wifi access to permit connection with family and business. The wifi device was delivered to our hotel for our arrival; it worked well in almost all locations of our travel (we moved around Japan on a tour); and it was easy to return the device at the airport on departure. Can recommend this company as reputable and good service.
