Easy pick up at the airport, everything worked and had good wifi connection every day.

Easy to return at the airport as well through mail box.

We hired the pocket wifi for a 3-week trip. Picking it up at Haneda airport went without a hitch and we returned the device in the envelope provided for a postal return to the airport on the day of our return. The pocket wifi is an essential tool for travelling in Japan and it worked perfectly. A back-up battery is also provided.
